Committee of the Shih Tzu Norway, 29 April 2011.
The following comment:

"Your puppies planned between" Celia "and" Panda " are
approved by the SU in NSTK, with notice that puppies planned 
follow all guidelines Besides that no parent is Patella tested. But 
since these are mated before SU's direction lines were laid out, 
the litter are approved in transition period with this note.
